Our Story
Founded in late 2010 by Navigata Communications 2009, Inc. (whose own history dated back to the 1950s as BC Rail's communications department), RhiCom Networks has delivered broadband Internet and data services in central British Columbia to home and businesses alike.
Based in Kamloops, British Columbia, our privately owned company offers a wide range of communication and infrastructure services. Our Internet and data services are delivered over our wholly owned distribution network providing complete visibility and support from core to customer.
Enterprise and Carrier Professional Services account for 30 - 40% of our business. RhiCom offers EPCPM services to deliver custom data networks for enterprise and turn-key solutions for carrier networks. Our experience includes microwave and fibre transport, radio access networks, wireline networks, and BSS/OSS architecture and deployment.
